Dr Low graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2005 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree. Following this, he practiced for 3 years in general dentistry (hospital and community dentistry). He then went on to pursue and obtain his Master of Dental Surgery degree in Periodontology in 2011.
During that same year, Dr Low was awarded a Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (United Kingdom). In addition, he also received his certificate of Specialist Registration as a periodontist from the Singapore Dental Council.

Being a periodontist with a specialisation in periodontal regeneration enables Dr Low to provide the full range of non-surgical and complex surgical treatments to successfully restore the gum and oral health of his patients.
In addition, Dr Low is also actively involved in dental education, having served as an adjunct lecturer for Nanyang Polytechnic’s oral health therapist programme, as well as teaching at the NUS Faculty of Dentistry.
